WHAT IS ELDER CARE PLANNING?

Elder Care Planning is an easy, accessible way to talk to your aging parents and loved ones about their future.

It’s about understanding their wishes, their financial realities and making it easy and painless to transition from one phase of life to another, together.

We’ve brought together four experts in key areas to help you navigate your family’s future:

Phil Zehms-Terrace Park Funeral Home

Phil is a passionate speaker and has the ability to make any conversation fun and engaging, even when the topic itself is sensitive. With over 20 years of experience, he’s well-versed in the struggles families and individuals face when planning for the future and beyond. Phil will be walking you through funeral planning, how to avoid emotional overspending, and the best ways to handle end-of-life events with grace.

Nancy Neuhausen -Ally Insurance

Do you have questions about Medicare? Are you comfortable navigating the US Healthcare System on behalf of your aging parents? Nancy Neuhausen with Ally Insurance will be joining us to help you understand what you need to know and how to take the best care of yourself and your family.

Jim Friddell-Money Initiative

Jim’s passion is helping others – through charity, planning, education and faith. His goal is to help you navigate the ins and outs of financial options, planning, and budgeting when it comes to your family’s money. He’ll guide you through how to have a Caring Conversation on a tough topic to benefit everyone involved.

Jason Davey-Graham Law Group, PC

How well do you understand probate? If the answer is “not at all”, you’re not alone. Join Jason as he walks us through how to avoid your family’s estate going into probate or what to do if you’re already in that situation.

Join us on December 4th for this engaging and hands-on workshop–we’ll be serving up sandwiches, chips and drinks for everyone as well as providing a wealth of handouts and takeaways that you can retain for future reference.

We’ll see you there!
