Felidia: Featuring Recipes from My Flagship Restaurant’ Book Dinner
On Thursday, January 23rd, beloved cooking personality Lidia Bastianich will be at her namesake restaurant Lidia’s Kansas City hosting a celebratory four-course dinner honoring her latest cookbook, Felidia: Featuring Recipes from My Flagship Restaurant. Tickets available for $65 per person with the option to add a $35 Bastianich wine pairing. Reservations are available beginning at 5pm and the menu includes a selection of housemade breads such as Polenta Crackers, Whole Wheat Walnut Focaccia, Schiacciata with basil and carrot spreads. For the Antipasti Platter, Lidia will serve Eggplant Flan, Broccoli Rabe with butternut squash and fresh ricotta, and Vitello Tonnato. For the pasta course, guests will enjoy a trio of Busiati with pesto trapanese, Fuzi with braised duck and Spinach Gnudi. For the entree, guests can choose from Tuna Palermitana with winter caponata, Veal Ossobuco with riso al salto, Chicken Pizzaiola with spinach, and Pork Chop Milanese with Amatriciana Sauce and insalata tricolore. Limoncello Tiramisu and assorted Biscotti will be served for dessert.
