Edsel Hess, 66, adds 11th DUI to his collection

Edsel Hess drove while intoxicated last year and hit a teen girl. He didn’t injure her, so it was a pretty lucky day all things considered.

Sure, Hess racked up another drunken driving sentence on Friday for that incident, but at 66, Hess has seen 11 of those babies. Another day, another DUI.
