Barron Bowling beaten and braindamaged by a DEA officer for following traffic laws

Barron Bowling was driving down a KCK street when a car tried to illegally pass him. Bowling sped up. So did the other car, and the two cars lightly collided. Both drivers pulled over.

The driver who hit Bowling was DEA agent Timothy McCue, a fact Bowling didn’t know when he saw the man charging at him and aiming a gun at him. The passenger also flew out of the undercover car. Both agents forced Bowling, who didn’t have a shirt on, chest down on the pavement in the 98 degree heat.
